  • Matt has built and exited three consecutive IT Services businesses, each achieving eight-figure valuations, and worked alongside many of the best FinTech firms in the world. Most recently he served as a non-executive board member at FinTech company Trading Apps, helping guide the company to a successful exit to EquiLend, the leading securities finance technology platform. He is an expert in sales strategy and go-to-market execution, and actively advises a number of tech firms on growth and commercialization. He is a founding partner of Elarion Financial Services after selling the firm he founded, Doran Jones. Earlier career included Capco, Rule Financial, and Fitch Ratings.

  • Dave has spent 30+ years as an investor, board member, and strategic adviser to healthcare and business services companies globally. He was an early investor and lead director at Impax Labs, helping grow it from a startup into a multi-billion dollar multinational listed on Nasdaq. His board experience spans pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, biotech, and business services across public and private markets, and his active venture portfolio covers pharma services, healthcare AI, and technology. Earlier roles include JP Morgan, Robert Fleming, and strategy consulting at Booz Allen. Dave holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University.

  • John has 35+ years in technology as operator, entrepreneur, and investor. He founded Commodity Flow, a fintech platform sold to S&P Global in 2017 — one of the defining data infrastructure acquisitions in commodity markets that decade. He subsequently spent nine years at Redrice Ventures, a VC firm focused on retail, wellness, and technology during which time he saw several unicorns and held various NED roles. His active venture portfolio spans conventional retail through to niche AI. John holds a Masters in English Literature from Cambridge University.
