StimCardio reports NeuroPulse pilot results at HRX Live 2026, published in Heart Rhythm
StimCardio Medical’s NeuroPulse pilot, a randomised, double-blind, sham-controlled study of non-invasive median nerve stimulation after atrial fibrillation ablation, was presented as late-breaking clinical science at HRX Live 2026 and published simultaneously in Heart Rhythm. In the 77-patient study, 90.0% of patients receiving active stimulation were free from atrial arrhythmias at six months versus 80.8% with sham, with 12 recurrent events versus 28 (p = 0.025). No device- or stimulation-related serious adverse events were reported. The wrist-worn Rhyvive device remains investigational.
We are very excited by these results. The pilot is small and the device remains investigational, but if the larger studies confirm what NeuroPulse has shown, this is a meaningful option for patients after ablation.
