SkyfireAI, DBOX and Drone Nerds sign MoU on integrated autonomous drone operations in the US

SkyfireAI, DBOX (the autonomous docking platform developed by Lithuania’s IT Logika) and Drone Nerds, a subsidiary of XTI Aerospace, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Lithuania–U.S. Business Forum in Miami to develop an integrated autonomous drone system for U.S. operations. SkyfireAI contributes mission-control, autonomy and multi-ship orchestration; DBOX provides the docking infrastructure; Drone Nerds leads integration, distribution and commercialisation. A demonstration is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. “The next generation of autonomous response won’t be defined by a single drone or dock. It will be defined by how intelligently the entire system works together,” said SkyfireAI CEO Don Mathis.
