Phase3D and Rowan University partner on real-time inspection for metal AM

11 August 2026 — Phase3D has partnered with Rowan University’s Digital Engineering Hub, installing Fringe Inspection on the university’s DMG MORI LASERTEC 30 SLM system. On the first independent build, the system detected a preparation error affecting the first 60 layers and provided the data to support the decision to continue.
