AiM Medical Robotics awarded $2.1M National Cancer Institute grant
2 September 2026 — AiM Medical Robotics has received a $2.1 million SBIR Phase II grant from the National Cancer Institute to advance its MRI-compatible robotic platform for ablative treatment of brain cancer, including clinical evaluation at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. CEO Gregory Fischer: “We are building a platform intended to enable physicians to precisely, reliably, and safely reach targets within the brain.”
